5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED INFORMATION

9. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

10. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not allow returns for change of mind.

For any damaged goods, please contact [email protected] to discuss the issue and include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

We acknowledge that damage may occur during shipping and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Proof of damage is required in order to process a replacement shipment.
